Blanket Hugs for Englewood

If in doubt, love. That’s one of the core values at I Grow Chicago. Something our country needs to believe in right now. We have given comfort packs to I Grow Chicago in the past, but we recently dropped off blankets at their Peace House to provide warmth, but also to show the people of Englewood the love we all need right now. We hope they feel our hugs when wrapping themselves in this blanket.

The mission of I Grow Chicago is to grow Englewood from surviving to thriving through community connection, skill building, and opportunity. All of their programs work to address the traumatic effects of violence and poverty. We’re honored to be part of this community connection and look forward to continuing our work with them for years to come.
